Now on view at the New Haven Museum (on Whitney Avenue near campus): an exhibition about the Elm City's greatest culinary claim to fame. Pronounced Ah-beetz tells the story of New Haven apizza with photos and artifacts from the "holy trinity" of pizzerias (Sally's, Frank Pepe, and Modern). Shown here: a poster by Sally's aficionado Garry Trudeau ’70, ’73MFA, celebrating the restaurant's 50th anniversary.
