Friends and family of Judith Ann Schiff gathered yesterday at Grove Street Cemetery for the unveiling of her monument. Readers of the alumni magazine will remember Judy as the author of the "Old Yale" column for 35 years. One of her many efforts as a student of Yale and New Haven history was as a board member of the Friends of Grove Street Cemetery. She used to give a tour highlighting the many accomplished and fascinating women buried there; whoever takes over leading that tour is going to need to add a new stop.
