In Remembrance: L. Ronald Scheman ’56JD Died on April 1 2013

Lloyd Ronald Scheman, a specialist in internation trade, development, and finance, died April 1 of pneumonia and respiratory failure. He was 81.  He had served as director general of the Inter-American Agency for Cooperation and Development from 2000 to 2004.

    Ron was a unique person, very pleased to work with. Always full of energy, enthusiasm and dedication. His years of work at the Organization of American States (OAS), will always be remembered by colleagues and friends.
