Scene on CampusYalies who lunchCommons is still the place to be for the midday repast. Students flood into Commons on their first day back from winter break. Renovated as part of the creation of the Schwarzman Center, and open to the Yale community as well as visitors for lunch Monday through Thursday, Commons serves more than 5,500 lunches per week. Offerings range from Ragu Alla Pugliese to chimichurri rotisserie chicken and fried tofu. Credit cards, dining points, and Eli Bucks (Yale’s system for dining dollars) accepted.
