“Welcome to Yale” times four
March/April 2010

Fewer than 1 in 7 applicants won early-action admission to Yale College this year. But the Crouch family of Danbury, Connecticut, was 4 for 4. Carol, Ray, Martina, and Kenneth (clockwise from top left) are believed to be the first quadruplets ever admitted to the college. They may not all decide to matriculate at Yale, but the Crouches could have more members of the Class of 2014 than many western states.
