A taste of Chinese culture

Since
2002, Yale’s Chinese Adopted-Sibs Program for Youth (CASPY) has been pairing
Yale undergraduates of Chinese heritage with children in the region who were
adopted from China by U.S. parents. Twice a year, the children and their
parents come to Yale for workshops on calligraphy, ribbon dancing, and other
activities designed to teach the children about Chinese culture. But some of
the best times, as Yuning Liu '12 (at right) discovered, involve food.  |
