1967: pig in a blanket, and a future dean

In this photo, taken in 1967, Nora Saddig-- the Doodle's famous waitress, known to thousands of Yalies -- serves a "pig." Richard Brodhead '68, '72PhD, future dean of Yale College, is sitting second from right. The Doodle only seats 12, but 11 customers and an arm of the 12th are visible here. The Doodle was often standing-room-only in those days.
